I spent the day at Margaritaville Kansas City and it felt like I escaped town without ever leaving KC. ☀️

I enjoyed poolside food and drinks from The Shack, NA drinks (🤰🏽) and soaked up all the vacation vibes right here in Kansas City. 🍔🍹

And if you’re looking for a family-friendly summer outing, this place checks all the boxes. The pool features a zero-entry area that’s great for younger kids, plus a giant waterslide for the bigger kids!

You can rent a cabana for the day or grab a day pass! They’ve also added live music with their Sunset Series, making it feel like so much more than your average pool day. 🎶

Whether you’re planning a mom day, date day, staycation, or a fun outing with the kids, I’d definitely add this one to your summer bucket list.

We'll meet at the spray ground, walk around the park, and then end back at the spray ground so the kids can cool off and play!

✨ If you want to make a day of it with the family 👉🏼Pack a swim bag and after the walk, head down to the beach to swim. Beach admission is $10 for Olathe residents and $12 for non-residents.

Every time someone says, “Ooooh you’re going to be miserable being pregnant in the summer…” I immediately think back to being 9 months pregnant in February 😂

9 months pregnant isn’t comfortable during ANY season… but I’ll happily take pools, sundresses, and flip flops over sweaters, leggings, and snow boots ☀️💦
